Training Programs

I offer three ready-made training programs that address different needs and goals: Glute Building – for those wishing to strengthen and model the lower body; Reduction and Body Building – a comprehensive plan combining strength and cardio exercises that will help burn fat and sculpt the figure; and Home Training Program – the ideal choice for those who are starting out or prefer to exercise in the comfort of their own home.

Each of the ready-made programs lasts 12 weeks, and it takes about 1 hour to complete a single workout.

Each program differs in the number of training days per week and the required equipment or accessories. You can find all the details, including exact workout routines, in the description of the respective program.

In addition, I offer customized training plans that I prepare specifically for you, tailored to your goals, fitness level and lifestyle, so you can achieve the best possible results.

The plan is developed for 4 weeks, allowing your body to gradually adapt and achieve optimal results. I create it on the basis of a detailed questionnaire, in which you specify the number of workouts per week, your goals (e.g. building muscle mass, reducing body fat, improving fitness), your preferred training style (e.g. strength, functional, mixed) and any limitations due to injury or other factors. This ensures that the plan is fully tailored to your needs and allows you to train in an effective and safe manner.
