The training will be fully tailored to you – your goal, fitness and experience.

 

We’ll start with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for the workout. Then we’ll move on to the main part, where we’ll focus on exercises specifically chosen for your needs – whether it’s strength, endurance or body shape improvement. I’ll take care of technique, pace and proper loading so that the workout is effective and safe. At the end, we’ll do stretching and a brief analysis of the session so you’ll know what progress you’re making and what’s ahead.
