I am a Trainer with 10 years of experience and have extensive knowledge of anatomy, dietetics and training. I have the ability to tailor training to the client’s individual skills and preferences.
In 2017, I graduated with honors from the American Academy of Personal Training in New York.
In 2018, I started working with Dr. John Rusin, Which is on the list of top 50 health & fitness expert. From 2017 until Covid-19 began, I worked as a tier 3+ Personal Trainer at Equinox Williamsburg Brooklyn one of the top fitness clubs in the world. I was the only woman
to hold the title of Top 3 Personal Trainer in the Brooklyn area.
In 2019, I set up my own Autobody studio, which was a mobile Personal Training space equipped with ROGUE high standard equipment.
