During an hour-long workout with me, I will comprehensively take care of every aspect of your fitness – from improving mobility to developing strength to strengthening your core. Each session is carefully tailored to your level and individual goals so you can achieve maximum results in a healthy, effective and sustainable way.
I offer individual personal training sessions in Lublin and virtual sessions via the FaceTime platform for those wishing to train outside of Lublin and at home. In both forms you additionally receive tailored diet plans.
