I helped one of my mentees get out of a toxic, abusive relationship, and another in her battle with bulimia. I've seen the tremendous strength these individuals have once they believe in themselves and make the decision to change. It is for these moments, when a person begins to see his or her own worth and feel confident, for that I am a coach.\nMy goal is not only to improve one's outward appearance, but first and foremost to help one regain self-confidence and body acceptance. I know how great the power is in small steps that lead to big changes - and this is the most beautiful part of my work.
