processing of data for marketing activities (e.g., sending newsletters) is based on the Customer&#8217;s expressed consent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legal obligation:<\/strong> Processing is necessary to fulfill the Administrator&#8217;s legal obligations (e.g., accounting and tax obligations).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legally legitimate interests:<\/strong> Data processing may also be justified by the
